My cherished friend Cate, is a kind and generous soul who would be deemed an elder in Earth years, an ancient soul in knowing and forever young in her essence of awe and wonder, understanding, and brilliance of light.
Cate regularly takes time to tune in and receive information.
Though the information that comes through may be in response to her personal inquiries it is relevant for all.

" Time has sped up once again as you have noticed.
Yes, and you are being tested and challenged.
The more you tune in the quicker the progress.
Meditation on a daily basis is necessary for assimilation
of what is already here and what is still being fed.
Perseverance is necessary"

Cate's question , " How can we best use our days to help prepare for the coming
and already here in some instances, changes? "
" Many are already doing just that yet many are finding difficulty in spending time thus with so many factors such as family needs, jobs and socializing to do much about anything else. However, in many instances, a small amount of time spent each day on inward reflection would make a large difference in our total functioning.
The peace of mind which is experienced is a boon to coping.
The inherent changes which are becoming more prominent need not cause concern or worry or other negative reactions. With some it is unaccustomed weariness with frustration, with fear and hopelessness.
All these factors can be coped with by working, by maintaining a positive outlook.
Believing that what is coming ends up to be a more blessed way of life.
Fretting prolongs the journey where as confidence and positive outlook eases the journey.
Practice laughing, singing, sociable conversations with family and others. It leads to peace of mind and inner acceptance of what is nothing less than positive."
